Dream Journals with children in Las Vegas Nevada by Willie Perdon and Sherrill Graff

Most of the children left before I remember to pull out my camera but I wanted to share with you photos from 2 of our events. This first photo means a lot to Willie and I. She had children begging to help cut out extra top note dies. These girls stayed an extra 1/2 of hour to help us punch out butterflies. You could see they had big hearts!
Such nice girls and so polite too!
We were so glad to give them a fun craft to make, they really enjoyed it.
The first event we did we had 40 participants all 3-11 years old.
(The first photo above was from the second event we did) The second event we had about 20 participants. They boys really had a hard time putting butterflies on their dream journals until we talked about how butterflies used to be caterpillars, then they were ok with it.
The third group of kids were the most well off. You could see by their clothes that this group lived in a nicer part of town. All the children were very polite saying thank you when they were done. It's such a blessing to be able to share what we have with others. I'm thankful for so many stampin up demonstrators who took the time to cut top note dies for these journals for the kids. We could not have done it without you! I am also very thankful for each of you who came and helped us share this project with the children. Bless you for all you do for others!

Hope you enjoy these photos and they give you ideas to do with kids in your area. I know that the ones who needed it the most really hated to see us leave. They were having so much fun!!!!

May God bless you and your family,
